Becky McNair is a Human Resource Assistant Director for the Texas A&M Transportation Institute. Prior to this position she was an Organization and Development Practice Lead focusing on competency based functional development for Human Resource personnel. The competency development included:

Becky’s professional focus has been in online, virtual, and facilitated training development. Becky received her Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler in December 2013.
