Becky McNair | 

Becky McNair is a Human Resource Program Coordinator for the Texas A&M Transportation Institute. Prior to this position she was an Organization and Development Practice Lead focusing on competency based functional development for Human Resource personnel. The competency development included:

• Ethics, Employment Law, Policies, SAPs, etc.
• Position Management
• Employee Relations and Separation
• Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding
• Compensation and Pay Functions

Becky’s professional focus has been in online, virtual, and facilitated training development. Becky received her Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler in December 2013. She also received the ATD Microlearning Certificate in December 2017.
