Bisi Atoba is an Instructional Assistant Professor and Director of the MS Psychological Sciences (concentration in industrial-organizational psychology) program at Texas A&M University. Her research focus areas include work teams, leadership, and training. She teaches training and performance management as well as groups, teams, and leadership at the graduate level.
Alaina Jalufka is the Program Manager of the Brazos Valley Food Bank's Together We Grow Program which works with food insecure, unemployed individuals to identify and build upon their unique personal and professional talents to move themselves and their families to an improved state of food security though community learning, career coaching, and case management. Prior to joining the Food Bank, Alaina worked in the non-profit sector area in victim services and employee training and development fields in the Bryan/College Station community since graduating from Texas A&M with her undergraduate degree. Alaina holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M, is a Certified Resume Writer, Certified Training Professional, and Certified to teach adult learners at the collegiate level.
