Judy Waight |
Judy Waight is a Ph.D. student of human resource development at Texas A&M. Her research interests include generational change and well-being in healthcare. As a graduate assistant, she was instrumental in the funded grant Leading Equity Across Diverse Environments with Revolutionary Synergy (LEADERS) grant submission in partnership with Prairie View A&M University and Texas A&M University faculty. Currently, she is working on a healthcare project with the Institute for Healthcare Access. Before joining Texas A&M, she was a lecturer in the Tourism program at the University of Belize (UB). She was an instructional design consultant with the Department of Open and Distance Learning at UB. She also served as a community change agent with Oceana Belize, The Belize Coalition to Save our Natural Heritage, and Spouses of CARICOM Leaders Action Network. Judy has a Master of Science in Hospitality Management from Conrad N. Hilton College of Global Hospitality Leadership at the University of Houston and a Master's in Human Resource Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign
