About our Speaker:

Holly Huddleston has proudly called Bryan/College Station home since 2010, when she married her husband, a lifelong resident of Bryan, TX. A 2008 graduate of Texas State University, Holly began her professional journey in retail management before discovering her passion for recruiting with Spherion in 2015.

Since joining the organization, Holly has grown alongside Spherion, earning recognition for her dedication, expertise, and ability to connect with people. She now serves as the Director of the Brazos Valley region, where she leads with a commitment to empowering businesses and individuals across the community. Holly firmly believes there’s a job for everyone and thrives on building meaningful relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.

Renowned for her resilience, optimism, and approachable leadership style, Holly's positivity is as infectious as her dedication is inspiring. Beyond her professional achievements, she is an active member of the community, and currently serves as Director of Workforce Readiness for Brazos Valley SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). 

A proud parent of two, Holly balances her professional and personal life with grace and purpose. Whether she’s mentoring her team, contributing to community initiatives, or spending time with her family, Holly is driven by a passion to make a lasting difference. She is dedicated to shaping a brighter future for the workforce in the Brazos Valley and beyond.
