Effective communication is a critical competency for any successful leader. Ineffective communication leads to confusion, loss of credibility, resentment, low morale, quiet quitting, and high turnover rates within organizations. In this segment, we will explore the essential communication tools and character required for leaders to build trust, enhance engagement, and empower high performing teams.
