How do you connect with your team? How do you connect with your coworkers? Have you noticed a tension or awkwardness that prevents you from bringing your "A" game? Let's talk about what distrust looks like in the workplace and how you can tap into your emotional intelligence (you really do have some) to improve your skills and your team's effectiveness.

About our Speaker:
Diana Clendenin, PHR, is the People Operations Manager for BlueForge Alliance, a federal contractor dedicated to facilitating the building of submarines for the US Navy. She has over 20 years of experience in a variety of human resource roles, mostly focusing on employee relations and recruitment. She has worked in industries such as banking, manufacturing, industrial distribution, municipal government, and most recently, federal contracting. She is continually amazed that she gets to talk to people for a living! Her passions include gardening, singing and being Nana to her 2-year old grandson, Hezekiah.
