Building a team whether in sports or business requires Seven Cs. By defining "team" and further explaining the mission to team members, the coach is now ready to implement the Seven Cs: Common Goal, Commitment, Complimentary Roles, Clear Communication, Constructive Conflict, Cohesion and Credible Coaching.

This process is complex and must continually be monitored and improved. Tap into the power of Teamwork and help your team members function at a higher level. The Seven Cs of Championship Team Building can help you create a more motivated, committed, and cohesive work team.
