Covering your bases around project management, team assembly, stakeholder management and communication can tip the scale on your success rates. In this engaging session, participants will understand the pitfalls that can deter your process improvement efforts, learn the critical components to reaching your desired end result and develop a set of critical steps to ensure  the problem is fixed for good.
