About Our Speaker:
Tanisha Parrish is a business strategist, executive coach, and leadership development professional who works with individuals, teams and organizations to elevate and multiply impact and effectiveness. She is the CEO of Life Under Innovation, a personal transformation and leadership development company that uses design and innovation as a way to break through personal and organization hurdles. This approach ensures that creativity is at the heart of all growth and development.
In addition to her coaching experience, Tanisha has 20+ years of experience as a strategic and operational leader at global companies of all sizes from start-ups to Fortune 500. Most recently, she served as the Global Director of Learning, Development and Experience at BetterUp, the first leadership development platform to connect coaching to sustainable behavior change. In this role, Tanisha was responsible for the growth and development of an international community of over 2,000+ professional coaches and led the operational teams that enabled the coaches including training, communications, community, ethics, quality and effectiveness.
She began her career as a management consultant at Accenture where she designed product and customer experiences for a variety of companies including Walgreens, Polar, Home Depot and more. She has deep hospitality experience and led the post-merger integration between Marriott International and Starwood’s call center including design, operations and cultural integration.
Tanisha holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s of Science. in Organizational Change from Northwestern University. She is a certified executive coach receiving her coach training and certification from CTI, and holds an ACC credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Outside of work, Tanisha loves traveling and exploring the world. She is an avid photographer, amateur snowboarder, and riding her Peloton.
Tanisha lives in College Station, TX with her husband and two young children.
