About Our Speaker: Rita Bowden has served as the Recruitment Manager in the Talent Management unit of the division of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness for over seven years. In this role, she manages the processes, laws, regulations pertaining to the recruitment and employment of non-academic staff positions across Texas A&M University. Rita found her “passion” with Talent Acquisition and Recruitment in various roles at IBM and continues to execute within that “passion” at Texas A&M University.
