Many organizations require training where the learners conclude the course by performing a task or demonstrating a certain level of knowledge. However, how do talent development professionals ensure that these trainings have the right content delivered in the best way for the learners? Join BV-ATD and Becky McNair for a discussion on competency-based training development.

About Our Speaker: Becky McNair began a new position on March 28 as a Human Resource Program Coordinator for the Texas A&M Transportation Institute. • Position Management

  • Compensation and Pay Functions

Becky’s professional focus has been in online, virtual, and facilitated training development. Becky received her Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler in December 2013. She also received the ATD Microlearning Certificate in December 2017.
