Our Topic: Conflict and Confrontation

Conflict is everywhere and unavoidable no matter how hard we try. And confrontation is a necessary byproduct. What you do with it is the key. If you have ever avoided saying what needed to be said because you hate conflict--or regretted saying something in the heat of the moment, then this is the session for you. In this dynamic, high energy, and highly interactive training you will learn the best of the best conflict management skills. In this session you will learn what conflict is--and what it means to confront someone.

Our Speaker: Julie D. Burch, Speaker, Author, Humorist

Julie Burch is the President of Julie Burch Speaks, and she has designed programs for industry leaders such as Texas Tech University, Fidelity Investments, Kaiser Permanente, CoServ Electric Cooperative, the Social Security Administration, the EEOC, the IRS, The Department of Defense, Taco Bell, Texas Women's University, and many more. Julie served as National Vice President on the National Board of Directors for the American Business Women's Association as well as on the Board of Directors for CYT: Christian Youth Theater of DFW. She was honored with a guest appearance on "Good Morning America" where she was interviewed by Diane Sawyer and was named the 2017 Speaker Hall of Fame Inductee at the Society for Human Resource Management's Southwest Conference.
