Our Topic: Transform your Learning Department with Performance Consulting

Picture this: a business leader asks you to provide training to a large group of employees to address a performance problem. You deliver the training, but find out after the fact that employee performance has not changed and the leader is not pleased. What happened?

Training is often incorrectly picked as the solution to organizational performance problems, and training alone will almost never bring about sustained change in employee or organizational performance for long-term business results.

In this business landscape, it can be difficult to:

  • Ensure your learning solutions are driving business results
  • Build strategic partnerships with business leaders
  • Work on the right things that will solve business problems and accomplish strategic goals
  • Know when to launch into further analysis versus just deliver a requested solution

This presentation will cover a Performance Consulting framework, its benefits, and when to use a strategic versus tactical approach in response to requests from business leaders.

What's in it for you?

  • Confidently field training requests from the business
  • Avoid jumping to incorrect solutions that waste time and effort and erode credibility to accomplish the needed results
Begin transitioning from providing just training to accomplishing strategic business results
