Topic: Partnering with Clients to Shape the Future.
Speaker: Joshua Kissee
Relationship management is a conduit to development and maturity of the relationship between a Provider (your organization or function) and the client. This session will provide both foundational knowledge and practical techniques for discovering clients’ needs and value-expectations. We will not only identify clients’ needs, but will also categorize the needs into levels of criticality with action plans. Come learn how to diagnose relationship quality and understand how to maintain those essential relationships, which is a necessary skill for any professional in any discipline.
