Engaging your audience can be a challenge no matter what subject you are training on or who your audience is. In this session you will lean what is needed to deliver a successful webinar. We will focus on tools and methods you can use to engage your audience, gain real-time feedback and foster discussion. We will also discuss common mistakes, challenges, technical hurdles and how to overcome them. Other topics discussed will be the steps you need to follow during the planning process and some of the numerous delivery options available, many of which are free.
