Speaker: Cindy Schmid

Cindy Schmid recently began working with Comfort Keepers to develop and implement an in-house Dream Manager program. Empowering others to achieve their goals has been Cindy’s life-long passion, as she served as a personal growth and development program coach for almost 20 years. Her professional background includes private sector human resources and office management experience, as well as conference coordination for the Texas Aquaculture Association. She has personally benefitted from those business ventures, learning the value of creating a structured plan to achieve business goals. Cindy is now engaged in taking that knowledge and her coaching passion to a corporate structure as she teaches individuals how to apply the same strategy to achieving personal goals. With her “shoot from the hip” delivery style, she is coming to share her experience with BVATD in an informal presentation and discussion. This presentation aligns with the ATD Foundational Competencies of Business Skills and Personal Skills, and with Coaching and Knowledge Management areas of expertise.
