Bridgette George has been with the City of College Station for 25 years, starting with the Parks & Recreation Department before she was recruited to Planning & Development Services. As the Development Coordinator for Planning and Development Services, she is responsible for ensuring efficiency in the building and development processes in one of America’s fastest growing and highest-rated Cities for quality of life. Bridgette supervises eight Planning & Development Support staff and is the “Go To” person for questions about just about any business activity in the City. She is a leader in the City’s implementation of a new enterprise resource management system, a three-year project that is changing the way the City does business. So how does she keep her cool amidst all this change? Come to the September BVATD meeting to hear some examples of chaos in her life: Kids and Tattoos, new job, new boss, new software; and her  “most important factors” for managing through the chaos. And wear purple if you can…it’s her favorite color!
