Our Topic: But We’ve Always Done it This Way: Managing Change in the Workplace
Implementing change is often challenging, even when it is positive. During this session, attendees will learn about individual responses to change and gain an understanding of different frameworks for organizational change. Participants will address their own change processes and will identify strategies to maximize buy-in and minimize resistance.
